giant building for a bank. the tellers are a good deal of a walk away. and parking is tight. I drive a truck and I had to park over 100 feet away. but the teller was friendly and quick.
Went to open a Business account waited 10 minutes was never greeted, I finally went to a teller who said only one person was available and everyone else was out to lunch. Quite Rude..
Very nice looking building
The employees here are RUDE AS HELL. I showed up at 8:05am (wasn't aware they opened at 8:30am). Attempted to open the door - locked. Two employees were standing inside, looked at us, and walked away from eye sight. Ten minutes later (as the employees are walking inside, staring at us, then putting their head down) I called, someone answered and said they open at 8:30am. "Ok," I said. "Was someone going to tell me? You saw me standing here." The person on the other line said "No." I will be removing every last penny from this "place of business." If you can't give me the courtesy of letting me know you aren't opened yet, I sure as hell don't need to keep my money there.
i would give 5 stars but they removed the coin counter. put a cute sign up like the machine has retired.
So I am know at PNC opening my new business account.
