I have been coming to this UPS location for years and I can honestly say this location has always been exceptional when it comes to customer service, they are happy to help you tape up your boxes for free and with a smile, and will even finish them for you if you're in a hurry. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and they are very profesional. I dread when I have to return something through USPS, they are horrible. Keep up the good work guys!

Staff was inefficient! Had to wait over 15 minutes to have something notarized because the notary was on the phone. Then it cost 1.85/ page to fax.
Worst Location for Package Drop-off. Went there to drop off 3 big packages because it was the closest. After bringing them in I requested a drop-off receipt. I was told they do not do that. I had to go to another location. I have never heard of that before. I advise go to any other location and avoid. I will be writing a letter to TUPSS corporate. i read another comment about the same issue a few months back. The owner response was to streamline the process. I was the only one in the store at the moment. True customer service is not at priority at this location.
